Recruitment Managers play a critical front-line role in building talent pipelines for each of Commongood’s client engagements which differ in mission, functional, and geographic areas. This position joins a team of authentic, high-performing relationship-builders. Reflective of Commongood’s approach, Recruitment Managers work relentlessly in service to internal and external clients. Specifically, Recruitment Managers have primary responsibility for cultivating a network of the most talented leaders in the social-impact field, connecting them with opportunities at some of the most impactful organizations in the country, and keeping a pulse of the social-impact sector overall.
